Georgia's Spirit Doll Herber being chased by Allison's Dollstown Arin today at our local doll meet. It was a torrential downpour shortly before this shoot! It was nice to get outside.

Still have to paint my Herber that came with Spirit Doll Rouge. But for now had some fun posing him and trying out eyes. He has bigger eye-wells than I thought...my Dollshe 12mm pale blues won't fit. :(

I'm really liking the tousled look on Vincente these days as opposed to the long locks. I think another color would be more interesting too, for a bit....but I could also just go on trying more ginger locks in more styles. That could be never-ending...I could go wig crazy! ^_^ Note: I said, could.

Uncanny Dream meet in Seattle

I'm a bit late posting these here at my blog. It was a fabulous event, had tons of fun, saw much to buy (but I was good!) and there were some wonderful displays by my fellow doll artists. The event was hosted by Candygears at her X17 Studio.

Preparing for a Doll Meet

It's been a busy 2 months preparing for a doll meet in less than 2 weeks called Uncanny Dream. I'll be displaying some dolls in their own 'set'. It's been a fun project, just hoping I get everything done in time!!

Here's a peek at something I made for my Dollshe Van as the archangel Uriel (who will be 'flying' at the meet ^_^): a suit of armor!

I'm so happy he has his *own* outfit now that is something I made myself (I've never considered myself a 'seamstress', maybe more of a 'fabricator' ^_^, but maybe now that will change!). Uriel looks great in gold, I'm happy with how the armor turned out.

I'm really liking this crazy wig on him...I originally got it for another doll character. It would be cool to put a dark weft streak through it.
